In French, the verb vouloir is used in L'Impératif Présent in a very specific manner.

Veuillez revenir plus tard dans l'après-midi.Please come back later in the afternoon.

As you can see, we only ever use the vous form.

Note that literally, veuillez would be similar to be willing to, and is therefore used as a polite and formal way to ask someone to do something.
-> Be willing to help me = Please help me Veuillez m'aider

Not to be confused with the regular conjugation veillez from the verb veiller (to be watchful).
