Here's how to form the Le Conditionnel Présent  of faire:
 
fer- + endings of L'Imparfait (Indicatif): -ais, -ais, -ait, -ions, -iez, -aient 
The je form has the same pronunciation as in Le Futur Simple (Indicatif). Look for the context : I will do vs I would do!
