Salut,
Can I write apporter quelques changements in this context? I have read that although apporter is normally reserved for physical movement of objects, it can be used figuratively too.
Merci!

"Apporter quelques changements" v "faire quelques changements"
Asked 5 days ago

Bonjour John,
The expression is -
apporter des changements à quelque chose = to bring changes to something
This changes the meaning slightly, as the author states that she intends to make general changes and not to the routine specifically.
If you had wanted to say what the changes specifically referred to the routine you would say -
Donc, j'ai décidé d'y apporter quelques changements
Hope this helps!
