This lesson focuses on the use of the expression bien que, which must be followed by the subjunctive mood. The example that you mention, J'aimerais bien que tu fasses le petit-déjeuner, is included to point out that while this sentence might appear to use the same expression bien que, in fact it uses the expression aimer que along with the adverb bien. The expression aimer que also requires the subjunctive, as you have guessed. This is covered in the following lesson:
