De Atlanta?

Why is it "je viens de Atlanta"? I was marked wrong for d'Atlanta

You would need to submit an error through the 'report an issue' button to check. «Je viens d'Atlanta» is correct. The reason for being marked wrong lies elsewhere than with use of «d'Atlanta».

Parce que “de” vient avant la letter “A” Une Autre voyelle.

Yoh don't put two vowels together when you liaison.  You remove one, in this case the e.
