dont understand usage of "justement"

why not en passant or il se trouve? I don't understand usage of "justement" here for "as it happens"

In this context, you could have said something like 'as luck would have it', or 'by happy chance'.

Not sure if 'justement' is the only answer accepted in the exercise, but it is common and recognised usage for actually/as it happens, and I have come across it quite frequently in podcasts :
