Find, when it means "search for"

Find, when it means "search for"

In "I went online to find tapas recipes" shouldn't the verb for find be chercher rather than (or at least as well as)  trouver?

Hi David,

I don't see the problem with looking online to find something so it's a straight translation and 'trouver' is correct.

Bonne Continuation!
