Is this correct?

J'aime quand vous riez... I like it when you laugh.

Why is this not je l'aime quand vous riez

Hi Mark, 

You could say at a pinch -

J'aime ça quand tu ries/vous riez 

but 

Je l'aime

is not .

J'aime quand vous riez

 is sufficient though.

Yes, the French is correct. The ‘it’ that is commonly included in English is not needed in French. 

Literally the French is “I like (what)” - “I like (when you laugh/are laughing)”.
