Actually, as always with numbers in French, there's a slight difficulty when it comes to "....one" numbers:
vingt-ET-un
trente-ET-un
etc
soixante-et-un
soixante-ET-onze
BUT
quatre-vingt-UN
and
quatre-vingt-ONZE
Go figure ;)

Tu as raison Aurélie, je suis bête. Par contre, il n'y a pas de trait d'union avec et :
vingt et un
trente et un
etc.
