J'en ai pour cinq minutes maximum

I don't understand why we use "j'en ai pour" ? What's the reason behind this?

“En avoir pour … “ is a fixed expression, and a good one to have in your vocabulary as it is quite commonly heard in France. Suggest not trying to deconstruct it to ‘understand’ it though.
