You want to know how to avoid repeating 'd'ici' twice, which would be very inelegant.

You'd have to say it a little differently -

Je dois évacuer les lieux d'ici une demi-heure = I must leave the premises within half an hour

Je dois partir d'ici dans une demi-heure

Dans une demi-heure, il faut que je sois parti d'ici
