Nécessairement vs. Forcément

In this text, the adverb "necessarily" in the sentence "I don't believe that it is necessarily a negative concept" is translated only as "necessairement", without "forcément" being one of the alternatives. When would you use one adverb rather than the other?

Although not specifically a grammatical rule, ‘forcément’ is mostly used in negative expressions - eg ‘ne … pas forcément’.  This is not exclusive however, and I have come across many examples of 'forcément' used by native French speakers in the positive sense as a synonym of nécessairement.
