No, it is in the right place the hint is so that you agree the verb 'éblouir' with 'guirlandes'.

I agree with "Tony".  I am not familiar with the word "guirlandes" and had to make a very wrong, best guess how to spell it.  After seeing it correctly spelled and listening again.  It made sense.  Putting the hint in the previous section would help!

If you take a look at the introduction before the exercise, it says -
Some vocabulary you may want to look up before or during this exercise: "un rituel", "une illumination", "une guirlande", "lumineux", "recouvrir", "éblouir", "un passant", "déambuler", "partager", "des marrons", "une période".
and it includes 'guirlande'.
