Do you use c'est if a partitive article follows as well? 

This question relates to:French lesson ""C'est" vs "Il/Elle est" to say it is/she is/he is in French"

Interesting question, Courtney,

I was racking my brain to think of examples that would use a partitive. So here is a couple - 

C'est du bœuf ou de l'agneau ?  = Is this beef or lamb?

C'est de la bombe ! = That's awsome!

So the answer is yes.
