problems with audio

The audio of this exercise was having difficulty -- one can't replay the dictées and the replay of the whole dictation broke up into disjointed bits and pieces. Can this be fixed?

I have listened to the audio and cannot find a problem with it. I suspect the issue may be at your end.

This is a not uncommon problem - it does seem to be occurring more frequently recently.

I am sure it is a technical issue, but where ?

Perhaps the help desk could proactively survey on the issue to try to determine if it is widespread, and whether it relates to operating systems used, internet, VPNs, or programming issues etc ?
