Mohamed,
As per the lesson you linked, and its linked lesson :
1. qui will be used when the relative pronoun is the subject of the following verb,
2. que is used when the relative pronoun is the object of the following verb.
In practical terms, it just takes time and exposure to ‘ automatically ‘ recognise what role the relative pronoun has in the subsequent clause, and which to use.
The last link covers subjects and objects if needed.
