Yes all are correct. Qui can mean whom so de qui=of whom, duquel can refer to people,much as auquel for verbs that take à.

Quiz question - is it correct?
Kwiziq suggests that all the following are good answers: Le garçon dont tu parles s'appelle Thomas. Le garçon duquel tu parles s'appelle Thomas. Le garçon de qui tu parles s'appelle Thomas. I believe only the first is correct. I don't think you use use duquel for human beings and It cannot be de qui because it does not make sense because of the pronoun.
