Can “Ça marche géneralement plutôt bien” ( quite well) be rendered as assez bien? I e would assez bien and plutôt bien be interchangable in above sentence?

Thank you for pointing this out. We have changed the English to 'rather well' which is closer in meaning to 'plutôt' but we have also added 'assez bien' to the possible answers.

Given that you are looking for a mild term to express anger management techniques how about
the English adverb "rather"?
This would convey the sense of "plutôt" or "assez" so in this sense your suggestions look reasonable to me.
