When to use Futur Simple and Futur Antérieur?

Hello,
 
I learnt in another lesson that after "Quand" usually + Futur simple (https://progress.lawlessfrench.com/my-languages/french/review/4381/9571707), but in this lesson it is + Futur Antérieur. So how do you know when to + which tense?
Or are there cases where they can be used interchangeably?

The difference is the relative time from which the viewer sees the events.
quand + Futur Simple: both events are in the future but the action happens during the time of the quand-event
Quand je ferai mes courses demain, je t'appellerai. -- When I'm shopping tomorrow, I'll call you.
The call happens sometime during the the shopping.
Je serai rentré chez moi quand je t'appellerai. -- I will have returned home by the time I call you.
The two events (getting home and calling) happen in a sequence, first getting home then calling.
