Bonjour. Just finished my third writing challenge - slowly improving. However, it would be very useful to be able to review my work and the corrections before passing on to the related grammar exercises. I could not remember my errors so, in order to note them down, I re-did the challenge and made notes as I went. Perhaps we are meant to be doing this anyway? Best wishes, Merle
A new set of self-marked weekend writing challenges was sent by email to all subscribers.
Once you’ve completed the exercise, there’s a list of grammar topics tested. If you have questions please post them under the most suitable grammar topic (if it’s related to a specific point), or here or on the QandA forum (for general questions). Don’t forget you can add any of the lessons to your notebook(s) and then kwiz against them to strengthen the areas where you discovered you were weak.

Re Level A2 writing challenge - Could you use déménager rather than emménager to describe moving city?

Very interesting question there!
Technically, déménager means "to move out " while emménager means "to move in ". However, in colloquial use, most French people would use déménager for both moving in or out, so in this case it's perfectly acceptable to use either :)

Hello there, I absolutely love your writing challenges and tests! I have one suggestion though. After I complete the writing exercise it would be super helpful to be able to click a button and see all the questions with the correct answers at once rather than have to go through the whole exercise again to double check the ones that I got wrong. We could print it out too and have it all on one page to review later. Thank you and such a fantastic job on this site, can't say enough!!

We are working on a number of improvements to the writing challenges, including the ability to save / access them in your Dashboard and view / print the entire text. No ETA yet, but should be within the next couple months, so stay tuned! :-)
On the B2 writing challenge this week. The answer to the last question included :- elles les ont convaincus. Can you remind again of the rule which puts 's' on the end of a verb using avoir.

These were great! I love how these exercises use expressions which I then find myself using at work the following week. It was also interesting to learn about a francophone celebrity; I looked up some of Mylène Farmer's music after exercise #1.
One suggestion - you should make it possible to save the scores for these writing challenges. That way it would be easy to track progress over time by looking in the dashboard.
