Both are acceptable, but I'd say that "le cheval le plus rapide de l'Ouest" is the more elegant option here :)

Hi there.
In your recent exercise "Lucky Luke", you translated "who's called the fastest horse in the West." as either "qui est surnommé / appelé le cheval le plus rapide de l’Ouest. " or "que l'on surnomme / appelle le plus rapide cheval de l’Ouest. "
My question is, does it matter in which order one puts " le cheval" and "le plus rapide"? Or are the two entirely interchangeable?
