Regular -DRE verbs are easy to conjugate in Le Passé Composé :

avoir in Le Présent + past participle

To form the past participle of regular -dre verbs, simply replace the -re ending of the infinitive form with -u:

entendre (to hear) -> entendu  (heard)
répondre (to answer) -> répondu  (answered)
attendre (to wait for) -> attendu  (waited for)
vendre (to sell) -> vendu  (sold)
perdre (to lose) -> perdu  (lost)
etc

ATTENTION: 

Note that with avoir as an auxiliary, past participles never agree with the subject of the verb:

Il a perdu ses clés.He lost his keys.

Elle a perdu ses clés.She lost her keys.
