Bonjour Madame,

What does the phrase “Qu’est-ce que vous avez de bon aujourd’hui?” mean ?

I am unable to get the meaning in the dictionary.

Why is it "Elle a souri, et elle a dit qu'elle nous PARDONNAIT?"

Didn't she forgive them once and that's it? I'm assuming it's considering an "opinion" for some reason and that's why?

Also "Nous n'avons jamais oublié celle leçon?"

This is a one and done deal somehow? They are NOT forgetting rather than forgetting, so it's not a one and done deal. They still remember now.

In the example below, taken from the lesson, could you please explain why la tête is in the singular when translating 'our heads' which is in the plural.

Nous nous grattons la tête ... We're scratching our heads

If it can be e acute or e grave why not e natural?  The Academy should give preference to simpler solutions!
