C'est qui qui

Question

"C'est qui qui" is not grammatically correct but used as an example (see above). If listed as a multiple choice option on a quiz, will it be marked wrong if chosen (because it's grammatically incorrect). Just curious.

'C'est qui, qui vient manger?' is given in the lesson as an incorrect use of who? (although you will hear often said in everyday speech) but as it is in a quiz, and if it is given as a correct answer, you need to use the Report It button on your correction board so that it can be amended.

que can be elided ----> qu'est-ce qui se passe?
qui is not   ----> qui est-ce qui a fait ça?
