Deja: Before or after the past participle?

The example that brought me here was J'ai déjà travaillé dans un restaurant. The lessson says that the adverb is placed after the past participle,  but the correction places it before the past participle

Ted,

‘ j’ai déjà travaillé… ‘ is correct.

This follows the pattern as described in the lesson, ‘ déjá ‘ going between the auxiliary and the past participle :

“ In compounds tenses (e.g. past involving'avoir' or 'être' as auxiliary verbs), some adverbs are placed between the auxiliary verb and the past participle.

These include: assez, bien, beaucoup, vraiment, bientôt, déjà, encore, enfin, mal, mieux, souvent, toujours, trop, vite, ... “
