Intonation of the speakers

When you listen to the phrases, they sound like a statement in lieu of a question.

This question relates to:French lesson "Que + [inverted statement] ? = What ... ? (French Questions)"

On some, I agree there is little intonation change, but not on all. However, as all these questions start with a question word, there is no need for the speaker to rely on intonation to make sure they are understood as questions.
