Why is the correct answer: either male or female? The lesson says this:
Mon professeur Bruno et ma professeure Sarah sont gentils
So why is the answer to: "Je suis professeur" not "Leon", why do you say that it could be either?
thanks

Bonjour Laura,
In the case of the occupation teacher, you can use the word 'professeur' for both men and women, although the word 'professeure' can be used uniquely for women.
The answers given were
1. Marie,
2. Léon,
3 . Could be either of them.
In this case, the latter is correct.
Bonne Continuation !
