are these both translation not correct for the "Marc, lève la tête"

the comma is important in both English and French in these phrases.

The comma changes the meaning, so ‘ Mark, lève la tête ‘ would be understood as an instruction, not a description of what Mark is doing.

Not to butt in but the two sentences will also sound different in spoken French, with a pause to indicate the comma in the first one. (You can check this by putting both into Google Translate and listening to the difference)
