Bonne journée !
Apologies if I am misunderstanding but you seem to be confusing more than one aspect of French grammar.
A) Grammatical persons singular and plural (with respect to conjugation)
B) Subject and object pronouns.
C) Definite articles
These aspects are too broad to be explained here but perhaps it is these parts of grammar that you need to be clear about. You may wish to consider buying a quality French grammar reference or review the various lesson with Kwiziq or Laura Lawless https://french.kwiziq.com/
bonjour ,how to construct a sentence using verbs
To construct a simple sentence you need: subject + verb (and, if you wish to make more complex sentences, you'll need to master a lot of other elements too)
Je parle = I speak
Je parle français = I speak French
Je parle lentement = I speak slowly
Je parle avec mes amis = I speak with my friends
