In French, regular adverbs are formed very easily.

Regular adverbs in French

Look at the examples:

lentementslowly

sérieusementseriously

fortementstrongly

rapidementquickly

parfaitementperfectly

franchementfrankly

Here's the rule: 

- Take the feminine form of an adjective :

lent -> lente
franc -> franche
sérieux -> sérieuse  

- Add -ment to the end :

lente -> lentement  
franche -> franchement
sérieuse -> sérieusement
