In French, regular adverbs are formed very easily.

Here's the rule:
- Take the feminine form of an adjective :
lent -> lente
franc -> franche
sérieux -> sérieuse
- Add -ment to the end :
lente -> lentement
franche -> franchement
sérieuse -> sérieusement
