Could you explain the expression "... vous êtes tous des êtres humains" in the very first example please?

For example “I just got here. I’ll be staying for an hour”

The "I'm forty" appears twice (around question 3 and 4).

Qu'est dans la boîte? 

Quel est dans la boîte?

A sentence from the lesson states -  

Nous nous l'imaginons blonde aux yeux bleus. 

Could “aux yeux bleus” be replaced with “y” as and be correct -

Nous nous l’y imaginons blonde. ?
