Bonjour! Can someone help me with this sentence - in particular the word "en." I am a little confused about why "en" is used along with "un épisode." I probably would have written J'en regarderai un ce soir to mean I will watch one tonight. Merci pour votre aide !

I understand about the "l'orientation" part, but shouldn't this read "Je n'ai jamais eu DE sens . . .." ? In negative sentences, we are told to use "de" after a negative express in order to express no/any, which seems to be exactly what this sentence is doing. Why translate "I've never had A good sense of direction" with a definite article?

Why is it "commencez par préchauffer" but then "Faites votre pâte en mélangeant" ? What explains the difference?
