Why is this translated as 'C'est une vraie... ' and not 'Elle est une vraie...' as we are talking about her specifically and not just the concept?

This has been asked many times before so if you take a look at the following lesson and the questions and answers at the end of it you will have many examples.
"C'est" vs "Il/Elle est" to say it is/she is/he is in French
You will almost never have -
elle/il est followed by a noun 
except in very rare cases, some of which are included in the following answer below

It is a very good rule of thumb to always use 'c'est' when followed by an article -
c'est + un/une/le/la/
