Ainsi...que like this"It's by working this way that you'll succeed." Is there any way other than "ainsi"..."que" to say "like this"?  Could one say "comme ça" or "comme ceci"?  Just curious!

Hello, in the video the speaker uses de liason permanently whereas the audio on the examples doesn't. Is this a regional thing?

et on ouvre les cadeauxBonjours, Dans la dictée "Le soir d'Halloween", est le mot "on" optionnel dans la phrase "( tout le monde ).... et on ouvre les cadeaux." Ce mot n'en parlant pas, mais il est dans la phrase écrivant. Cordialement, Paul.

"ne" dans la phrase "si ce n'est un peu maladroit""Dans l'histoire "Il y a un monstre sous mon lit", pourquoi on utilise le "ne" dans la phrase "si ce n'est un peu maladroit"?

Does this indicate failure?In English, when we say “I was going to...”, it implies that we intended to do something but didn’t. Is the same true in French? Or, for example, could I say « J’allais ouvrir la fenêtre quand j’ai entendu un crie horrible. Je suis sorti par la fenêtre tout suite ! »
