I'm confused about the usage of the adverb "mieux" and "meilleur(e)". In the sentence  "J'aime bien ta voiture, elle est mieux que la leur." adverb "mieux" is used, so the adverb now describes how the car *is*. So, I saw the verb "to be" being described by both the adverb and the adjective and I have no idea why it is so. 

If there is a lesson for that, that will help a lot.

Greetings! The translation of "des aromes de fumier" above says "smoky aromas," but I'm seeing in the dictionary that the meaning of "fumier" is "manure." Is the translation above mistaken?

Does envoyer a (with accent) take lui or leur instead of le, la or les? Thank you!!

I am confused about an answer.  The sentence 'Tu n'as pas habité ici depuis long temps' was marked incorrect and ´Tu n'habites pas ici depuis long temps' given as the correct answer. But in the corresponding lesson we are told that in an affirmative sentence with 'depuis' you use present tense but if it is a negative sentence, you use passé composé.  Where am I going wrong?

Perhaps change the title to ‘Avoir l’habitude de’.

Hi, what if I want to use a proper noun for a place, such as a restaurant name?
For example, "I am eating at Pizza Hut."
