How would 2.6 be written in French? What does the decimal mean?
Hi Aurelie / Rowen, I started with a score of 80+% for this topic, and an overall C1 score of 99.01%. I took the quiz again getting both answers right yet when I returned to my dashboard b=my topic score had lowered to 76 and my overall score to 98+. Is Kizbot affected by solar flares perhaps?
Yours in confusion, Alexandra
Hi there,
When speaking about an object or something being on a body part, do we always use "à"+le/la/les?
example: " ...une plaie immense au bras gauche".
What does it mean if you say ".... une plaie immense "sur" son bras gauche"
pas de question mais c'est une très bonne histoire!!
In the sentence 'au sein des communautés hindoue et sikhe' why are 'hindoue et sikhe' not in the plural form?
Is there anything wrong with «il commençait à lister tous les poissons» for translation of 'he started listing all the fish' or 'he started to list all the fish'? It seems a more direct translation and grammatically correct, (I think).
What gives?
Why does the example of manquer have this example: “Jacques a raté son train”?
I understood that, when referring to people, qui should be used after a preposition, excepting only parmi and entre. Has this changed?
The translation function does not seem to be working for this exercise.
Merci
Tracy
