In English, we say, “l feel hot, not I’m hot”. When we say, I’m hot, it means I’m sexy. Right?

you can say "I'm hot" in English even without sexual connotations. It depends on context and is stronger if you say this about another person like, "She's really hot!" (raising your eyebrows and looking lecherously) ;)

As Chris says it all depends on context but I can only think of one expression in French when 'chaud' would have sexual connotations -
Cet homme est un chaud lapin!
