Just wondering why 'Qui', which ends in a vowel, wouldn't contract when the following word begins with a vowel, as does the example with 'Que'?
In French, what is the distinction between le mariage vs la noce.
I understand that le mariage is the commitment you make to another person.
But, what I find it a little confusing is that I've seen the two words used interchangably to describe the ceremony on the wedding day. Please explain this difference.
'mais je suis aussi content parce que je vais revoir mon ami Thomas.'
Should it be "mais je suis aussi contente"?

I came across this recently and had difficulty finding a definitive answer. Examples of usage would be helpful. I read that 'to teach someone' one needs either a noun or pronoun acting as an Indirect object. If you could kindly provide some pointers it would be great.
