Je ne mange pas de poisson.

If le la les don't change with negation, should the above general statement have 'le poisson ' instead of 'de' ?

Please add that when using the verb être the Partitive doesn't change For example: Ce sont des poires. ----> Ce ne sont pas des poires.

I have, I will, etc.In English when someone asks, "Have you finished your homework"? we say, "I have". When someone says to tell someone hello for me, we say, "I will". What are the French equivalents to these short responses? I know the meaning is implied in English but can you do the same in French?

les montagnes russes v grand huit

both google and deep L give the translation for roller coaster as les montagne russes but you didn't give this as an option. Are both used or is grand huit more common?
