I got the following question wrong because I didn't know what 'South America' was in French. Clicking on the 'Learn and Discuss' button lead me to this lesson, where South America is not mentioned. In fact, the 2 links presented in this lesson for learning more also don't contain a list of continents. It's only in the 2nd link of this lesson (En/au/aux = In/to with countries and continents (French Prepositions)), that it mentions South America in an example, rather than as part of the main lesson. Perhaps this lesson should contain a list of continents if it's going to be linked to by the below question:

I am looking at this sentence - 'Toi qui me faisais sauter sur tes genoux pendant des heures sans que je n'aie jamais l'impression de t'ennuyer' - and wondering about the n' before the jamais. He is saying 'without me ever feeling', not 'without me never feeling'.
Is the underlying phrase here "faire de [qch] la référence en la matière"? What does it mean exactly, and is it common?
Are both of these options correct? When do you use à + direct/indirect pronoun?

Salut! Récemment j'ai commençe à étudier le subjontif. J'ai remarquè qu'il y a deux formes pour le subjontif imparfait: avais et eusse (pour avoir) et étais et fusse (pour être). Si je conjuge ceux-ci en le conjugateur (https://conjugator.reverso.net/conjugation-french-verb-etre.html) je peux voir qu'on utilise fusse, mais si je cherche une simple phrase en Google Traducteur (ou sur des autres traducteurs) comme "If I were you, ..." ils utilisent toujours l'imparfait indicatif ("Si j'étais toi, ...", dans le dernier exemple). Quel est la bonne forme? Merci.
Bonjour. Je voudrais savoir pourquoi, spécialmente dans le journaux, de temps en temps il y a en la troisieme personne singuliere ce construction (existe-t-il, a-t-il...).
Having completed all the grammar lessons, I am now going through the listening exercises, (in order of levels), which I am enjoying as a great way to review lessons and vocabulary.
Just a note: I found this exercise among the A1 listening exercises, but above it is labeled as A2.

Whats exactly the difference. Someone told me trop is rather used for negative situations.
