Why is it "Certain" rather than "Some"?I'm a little confused. In the lesson above it said "Before the noun, certain/certaine means 'some' or 'particular': it retains a vagueness here. After the noun, the meaning of certain is similar to the English one of being 'sure, certain, unquestionable'." Yet in the example "Certain projets sont faciles" means "Certain projects are easy." Why is it "Certain" and not "Some"? Many thanks Catherine

une boîte aux lettres / une boîte à lettres -> Letter box, Postbox.

It may be worth addding this to the notes as an exception to these rules. I believe it is used in singular and in the plural ?

Can "en" ever express waiting?I understand the examples given in this lecture (although I'd have like "en" to be contrasted with "pendant" as well), but can "en" ever mean "in" as in "I'll leave in one hour"? Or should I forget completely about using "en" in that sense?
