I was marked wrong for "jouer au waterpolo". The correct answer was revealed to be "faire du waterpolo". Can you explain why waterpolo takes "faire de"? I consider it a team sport, it uses balls, all hallmarks for me to use jouer à.

Why utilize inversion in the final sentence, "ne serait-ce que pour les garder en vie"?
Following other answers, I'm much clearer but what is "an instance where the verb following «on» changes from the third persona singular to, usually, a plural tense and agrees correspondingly".
And, to be clear, when "on" = "we" it's still singular .... on a dit, here?
