Hi, am I correct in thinking the following. [A] “Allez” & “monte” in this sentence are in the Impératif Présent, and [B] that “Allez” is in the second person plural because it’s directed at the multiple members of the family, and that “monte” is in the second person singular (familiar) because it is referring to “tout le monde” which is a singular entity?

What was wrong with “les noix”?

Were they under-cooked? Is this referring literally to nuts/walnuts as part of the meal - or is it a part of the scallop, or a reference to the scallop?

Le Robert on line gives two examples of "de peur que" - one with and one w/o ne expletif. I'll think that in another lesson on your site, you do not recommend using ne with de peur que

Spelling of conditional of préférer

I believe the je form of the conditional of préférer is je préférerais, not je préfèrerais as in the text. Am I correct ?
