Can one not say "la semaine passee", to mean the same thing as "la semaine derniere"? (I can't find accents)
Profond = deep. Profondeur = depth. Please explain the question in this lesson.

Hey, please what's the difference between "Je m'ai fait peur" and "Je me suis fait peur"? Which is more correct and why? Especially since faire is conjugated with avoir in passé composé.
Three questions:
1. “quand ça arrivera” – would “quand ça se passera” be acceptable?
2. “la grande ville où nous habitons” – would "la grande ville où on habite” be acceptable?
3. “intelligemment” – would “habilement” be acceptable here?

In the noted exercise, the first sentence sounds like, "Cette année, on a DE la chance qu' ", but is written, " Cette année, on a la chance qu' ". Which is correct?

Je crois qu'il y a une erreur d'inscription ici: grammaticalement, et aussi per la narration accompagnante, le premier phrase de dictée doit être "avoir DE la chance".
