In the sentence "peu importe qu'il vienne ou pas"

Where is the "le" to go with the "que?"

Does this originate from France? Is there a melody?

I understand around 70-80% of the audio on B1 level. Although, due to minor errors, i score myself around 45-50 out of 60 most times. Is this the right level for me, or should i just move on to a harder level (B2). Also, out of curiousity, do these exercises really help in improving listening ability? I ask this because in real world scenarios, we would not have the opportunity to replay the audio when people are speaking to us. I would like to know if this is a tested way to improve listening comprehension, since this is my priority for now...Thanks!

" vous devriez arriver à l'heure pour manger avec nous"

Could I use the expression "tenir au courant" instead of "prevenir" for the following phrase

"Tu me teniras au courant s'ils arrivent en retard, d'accord"

can't ı say that "Il faut qu’elle soit partie avant midi."= she  must have finished your homework...
 title of the lesson is "Il faut que is always followed by Le Subjonctif Présent"
I think it must be uncorrect 

In this example sentence, "Nous sommes rentrés, les vêtements tout sales et les cheveux en bataille.", why you use tout, instead of tous? Should "tous" be agree with "les vetments" and "sales" in number?
