You translate “qui respectent toutes les normes”...

...as “which respect all the norms”. I’d translate this as “which are in accordance with all the standards”. Also, I’d say “glare protection standards” instead of “glare protection norms”.

Misleading d'ICI

In the test for this lesson there is a sentence "Tu arriveras d'ici lundi" and the answer is "You'll get here by Monday.".

Isn't this a wrong translation? The sentence should be "you will arrive BY Monday(d'ici lundi). To say "you will get HERE by Monday" should be "Tu y arriveras d'ici lundi" or cringe "Tu arriveras ICI d'ici lundi. "

Unless the verb arriver without a destination defaults to "here".

Where action occurs to an object

J'ai sorti la poubelle. In this case there is No agreement, and avoir is used with a verb that usually uses etre. Could you please explain what grammar is applied in such cases, and/or direct me to a lesson on this subject? Thanks

"Pour prendre le goûter"

Hi,

In the line "pour prendre le goûter", you cannot hear "pour" being said and it seems like it starts on "prendre". Can this be fixed please?

Nos or Notre with On

So which one is it? The examples say to use nos or notre with on. I did exactly that in the test and got it wrong. It would be useful to know when to use one and when the other one with on.

How does use of the reflexive change the meaning of a causative phrase?

For example, I am wondering why the phrase je me fais faire de nouvelles sandales (I am having new sandals made) requires the "me" - would the meaning be changed if it was omitted?

C'est qui versus Qui est.

In the song Jalousie by Angele, in saying the English question, "Who is that girl in the photo", why does she say,

"C'est qui cette fille sur la photo" rather than "Qui est cette fille sur la photo"?

Is this Walloon French, since she is from Belgium? Thank you very much.
