Bonjour,
Please confirm, are we saying that the hyphen is only used between numbers and never when 'et' is involved?
Merci
I did a simple quiz. One of the problems was to translate "We have a cat" - I used the nous avons... option. It was wrong stating "On a..." is the correct answer. How can one tell if an informal response, or the commonly spoken one is the correct choice out of context? It sees to me, both answers are equally correct. What am I missing?
Merci
Which is correct?
Je me suis réveillée tard aujourd'hui ou
Je me suis réveillée en retard aujourd'hui ?
Please explain.
Please anyone help me to improve my speaking and suggest me conversation apps, YouTube channels, websites. How to speak more???
Shouldn’t it be
On est parti tôt??
Hi, a “rewind 10 seconds”, or something similar, would add great value to this exercise type. Currently, I need to re-listen to the whole audio just to try to catch a single word I’ve missed (and I need to do this many times).
Hello,
In the topic above, English translation is not working for the first 3 paras.
Please do the needful.
Regards,
Ashish
Why is "Mais ils sont venus me dire bonjour plus tôt" marked wrong in favor of "Mais ils sont venus me dire bonjour toute à l'heure?"
Bonjour,
Just want to ask why there is "le" in this sentence. It translates to english as we can if we want to, so why the le?
Merci :)
Regarding 'Ils ________ pendant les vacances." you give the answer as 'auront grandi'. Reverso gives both an avoir and an etre form forr the future anterior of grandir. I assumed as this was intransiitive it would be the etre form?
