Can we say that if même precedes the noun, it means "same" and if it comes after the noun, it means "very/itself"?

Salut! Why is it “je préfère la pistache” instead of “de la pistache”. Do we not use du, de la, etc before food in this case?
That is the third kwiz in a row I have been given a phrase like that to type.. All the words are there to see and it is purely an exercise in typing.. Can it please be made multiple choice

I'm a little confused as to why 'impressionnés' is in the plural. Is this because it is a passive voice?

Why should I say "Je suis UN oncle" instead of "Je suis oncle"? I shall say "Il est président / prof / boulanger", always omitting the indefinite article. Is it different for family relations? Thanks in advance for any help.
Just as an aside - I find this lesson format (the line by line parsing of the little story) really great from a learning perspective!
"Party favours" in not a term in use in Australia as far as I can ascertain, and I had never heard of them (with either of the meanings I discovered).
Doesn't help much when the urban dictionary definition is essentially 'hard(er) drugs'!
Luckily, overseas sites advertising other 'party favours' gave a different insight, as did wordreference.

Why "prêts", and not "prêt"? "On", the subject of the sentence is singular. Should not the adjective also be singular?
