At the end, could you say "Ça fait dix ans que je suis un prof" ?
Im wondering what the d represents in d'être. Also, to 'be late' is it always 'metre en retard' or can I say "je suis en retard"

I was wondering when I took the test why un étonnamment bon film was marked wrong wouldn't étonnamment be describing how good the film is or was?

Hello, I know that "œufs" has an irregular pronunciation, but I may have done better had there been a gentle reminder of that before starting the exercise. I kept entering "eu" even though it didn't make any sense. (My fault, I know :)
In this context, is suspecter inappropriate. I considered soupçonner but my dictionary gave it as a second choice. Are they not synonyms?
It would have been helpful to those of us who have never read Harry Potter to have words which come from the book in the helpful hints section.
I think this lesson, and any question relating to it, should be removed until a clear lesson is written.
